GENERAL CONDITIONS

Reservation
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and balance at least 30 days before the tour begins.

Cancellation
Any monies paid will be refunded less the cost of cancellation fees levied by the hotel or food expenses.

Rates
Include all the expenses in respect of vehicle and driver as itinerary, meals on safari and entrance fees of National park and Game reserves.

Transportation
Cars, minibuses, landrover trucks or coaches will be provided according to the route and number of clients. The right is reserved to employ the services or sub - contractions . English speaking drivers/guides are provided.

Accomodation
Based on two person sharing a twin room/tent. Single rooms are available at an additional cost but cannot be guaranteed. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotel/lodges.

Alterations to tours
The company reserves the right to alter the arrangement or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded/prices are based on tariffs and the cost prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to changes without notices.

Liability
The company and its agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotels/lodge accomodation, tour transport etc and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. The laws of the country govern the company's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle. All claims are subject to jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action, case arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors for all parts of the service.

NOTE:
All the expectations involve an element of personal risk and at times can be Hazardous in Nature. Expeditions members must accept this risk: we are not liable for any loses, damage, or inconveniences caused to you or your baggage as a result, whether directly or indirectly, or any matter of whatever nature, which is outside our control. All participants are advised to take an insurance policy to cover personal accidents and medical expenses. We can arrange this at a low cost.

Climbing Equipment
Gear for mountain climbing is not included in our tour price but can be hired at Naro-Moru for Mt. Kenya and Marangu park gate for Kilimanjaro.

Prices includes:

  • Transportation in a custom safari minibus with pop-up roof ideal for game viewing and sight seeing.
  • Services of a trained and experienced English speaking driver/guide.
  • All meals provided while on safari.
  • Bottled water for use during the safari.
  • Park entry and gate fees.

Not included:

  • International air transportation to and from Nairobi.
  • Expenses of personal nature such as visas, travel baggage insurance, laundry, beverage, tips etc.
