Transport will be in 28 seater comfortable tour minibuses. A similar package is available during the Easter Season and Summer Holidays (June, July, August). Please enquire. Early booking is necessary during these seasons.

 

Introduction:

Day 1:
By design, this safari is meant to fascinate and at the same time allow a chance to relax. The magical Indian Ocean, the wonderful Tsavo and the magnificent beaches, will leave you speechless and yarning for an extra day. Depart for Mombasa at 9.00 am (please carry packed lunch). Arrive at the hotel late afternoon. After finding your way into the room, relax until super time and retire to bed at your own time.

Day 2:
Breakfast will be served early in the morning up to around 10.00 am and then embark on a Mombasa city tour accompanied by a guide up to 12.00 noon. After the excursion, return to the hotel for lunch and a relaxed afternoon on the beach.

Day 3:
After breakfast head for the plains of Tsavo East National Park with packed lunch. On this safari you will see the descendants of the man eaters of Tsavo (two large Lions that preyed on railway workers), large herds of Elephants their hides luminous red with dirt, Buffalos, Eland Giraffe, Impala, Kundu and possibly Rhinocerous. Tsavo is also a bird watchers paradise with numerous species of weavers, hornbills, sun birds, rollers and raptors are commonly seen. Return to the hotel by 6.30 pm, in time for a shower and a moment to relax before dinner is served.

Day 4:
After breakfast you will have the opportunity to shop in the city malls and markets in the company of our guide. Return to the hotel in time for lunch. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach, having a good time at the swimming pool or engaging in sports and so on.

Day 5:
Depart from Mombasa after breakfast and arrive in Nairobi mid afternoon, in time to find your way home.

Please enquire:
This day has no official schedule. This is your day to do what you like most, be it relaxing on the beach, having a swim at the swimming pools, engaging in various sporting activities available or just chatting with friends. All three meals are served at the hotel. After dinner the organizers will say a few words and also get feed back from the guests before they retire to bed.
